Post Go-Live Support (Tickets - On-Demand or Subscription)

We offer flexible options to support all of your post Go-Live needs. We offer two different models, so you can choose what makes more sense for you:

 

On-Demand Support – Zero-Zero-Zero™ : Zero Retainer, Zero hours = Zero Invoice -Our support and expertise at your disposal, whenever you need it, with no monthly minimum. You pay at the end of each month for the hours that you use. If you use zero hours, you spend zero dollars.

 

Subscription: Commit to a number of hours per month that makes the most sense for you and get a reduced rate. If you use all your hours, great. If not, they roll over into future months or can be converted for future project work. No “use or lose” here.

 

Whichever approach you choose, our team is available to you for any and all questions, problems, or needs you may have.

Post Go-Live New Module/Feature Implementation Projects

When you identify new Workday modules or features that you want to add to your HRIS, we’re here to help. Whether you lack the time or expertise, we can partner with your organization to plan and implement new Workday functionalities, all while keeping your current processes running smoothly.

 

Also, if you just want an architect, and to have your team do most of the heavy lifting, we offer that level of service as well.
